Refund Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026

1. Cancel any time, from settings

Pro is a monthly subscription with no contract. Cancel from the settings page — not by emailing someone — and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No further charges after that.

2. First charge, changed your mind

If Pro was not what you expected, email ye@getdetailkit.com within 14 days of your first charge and we refund it in full. No form, no questions beyond what went wrong.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges are generally not refunded — cancelling beforehand is one click. If a renewal went through by genuine accident, write within 7 days and we will look at it like humans.

4. If we break something

If a fault on our side keeps your page down for a meaningful part of a billing period, tell us and we will credit or refund that period. Fair is fair.

5. How refunds arrive

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record; refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
