Terms of Service
Effective date: August 1, 2026
Curbside lets you publish a page of what you sell and collect enquiries from buyers. By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to scare you.
1. Your page, your content
- Everything you publish — photos, descriptions, prices — stays yours. You give us a license to host and display it, which is the whole point of the service.
- You are responsible for what you list: that you may sell it, that the description is honest, and that the sale itself complies with the laws that apply to you (titles, disclosures, local dealer regulations).
- Curbside shows and books. The sale happens between you and the buyer — we are not a party to it, we do not process vehicle payments, and we make no promises about either side of a transaction.
2. Buyer enquiries
Enquiry data (a buyer’s name and phone) is handed to you so you can respond to that buyer. Use it for that. Reselling enquiry data or adding buyers to unrelated marketing lists is grounds for closing the account.
3. What you may not publish
Anything illegal to sell, anything you do not own or represent, stolen goods, counterfeits, or content that impersonates someone else. We can remove listings or close accounts that cross these lines.
4. Billing
- The free tier is free for real — up to ten listings, no card required.
- Pro is $29 per month per page, billed by Creem as merchant of record. Cancel any time from the settings page; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
5. Your link
Names (the @name in your link) are first come, first served, within reason. Squatting trademarks or another person’s established name may result in reassignment. If an account is deleted, its name may eventually be released.
6. Service and liability
We work to keep Curbside fast and available, but it is provided “as is” — without warranties of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Closing accounts
You can delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical. Section 1’s honesty rules and section 6’s liability terms survive account closure.
8. Changes and contact
If we change these terms materially we will note it here with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: ye@getdetailkit.com.
